The wonder of soap bubbles and the physics behind their interlocking matrix inspired this carbon neutral, zero waste, reusable pavilion created for Instagram’s inaugural exhibition at Design Miami.
Objects are suspended on display inside the bubbles structure, the booth is lightweight and packs down into a suitcase for transportation and be reused in other locations with less carbon emissions for shipping. It aims to address the disposable material culture that normally form booths at fairs worldwide.
The carbon footprint for the booth’s production and transport is offset with Mossy Earth, planting 400 native trees in the Southern Carpathian mountains to recapture the carbon footprint within a year.
Bubble Booth is a flexible inflatable display system that is the first carbon neutral booth at design/Miami.
